Ignoring any component leads to inefficiency or confusion.
Unlike plants or animals, humans have boundless freedom in what we create. This freedom comes with the challenge of making choices, which reflect our desires and values. Whether we're selecting a product or shaping our lives, our expressions are our way of communicating our inner states to the external world. Our choices in how we express ourselves—whether through tears, silence, or other means—are driven by our pursuit of satisfaction and authenticity.
Ultimately, expression is about aligning with our true selves and creating meaning in our lives. So, the real question to ponder is: Are you expressing yourself in the way that truly reflects who you are?
